More Raw Vegetables

I know that the prospect of eating raw vegetables might be disgusting to some people but it is my understanding that the nutrients and the fibers to be found in raw vegetables is excellent for overall health and especially for weight control.

I know that I am going to try more raw vegetables —- I am going to make salads from them and use a minimum of something like Ranch dressing or French dressing to make them taste a little better.
